TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE TICKET SALES OF DINOPARK

1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rules for the sale of online tickets to DinoPark Harfa Prague, DinoPark Ostrava and DinoPark Plaza Liberec via the website tickets.dinopark.cz.
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to ensure that the customer clearly understands:
- who provides the service,
- how the purchase process works,
- the rights and obligations of both parties,
- how complaints are handled,
- and what conditions apply when visiting the park.
By purchasing a ticket, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Contracting Parties and Operator Identification
The operator of the website tickets.dinopark.cz, the operator of the DinoParks, and the seller is:

This company is the contracting seller and operates the reservation and sales system. DinoPark, s.r.o. is also the operator of the parks and therefore the provider of the service (entry to the respective DinoPark).
The purchase contract (service contract) is concluded between the customer and DinoPark, s.r.o.
3. Ticket Purchase Process
The customer selects the park, ticket type and number of persons.
Tickets are added to the cart, the customer fills in the contact details necessary to complete the transaction and proceeds to payment.
Payment is made online via the Comgate payment system.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the payment is successfully completed.
After successful payment, the customer receives an e‑mail without undue delay containing the PDF ticket and QR code.
4. Ticket Validity
DinoPark Harfa Prague and DinoPark Ostrava
The ticket is valid:
- from the moment it is delivered by e‑mail,
- until the end of the current season,
- or until the end of the following season (if this option is active),
- and according to the park’s opening hours.
DinoPark Plaza Liberec
The ticket is valid:
- from the date of purchase,
- for 365 days,
- according to the park’s opening hours.
Transferability
The ticket is not tied to a name and may be used by another person if it matches the tariff (child under 3, child, adult, family 2+2, family max 2+3).
Season passes (multi‑entry tickets) can only be purchased at the ticket office of the respective DinoPark.
5. Use of the QR Code
The QR code on the ticket must be scanned at the entrance turnstile.
For tickets in the tariffs child under 3, child 3–14.99, and adult, the QR code is used once.
For family tickets (2+2 and max 2+3), the QR code is used repeatedly during a single visit until all persons listed on the ticket have entered.
The ticket holder must protect the QR code from misuse.
The ticket is valid only upon the first scan of the QR code. Any further attempts to use the same code will be rejected.
In case of issues with scanning, the customer may contact the turnstile operator or the DinoPark ticket office.
6. Cancellation and Withdrawal
By purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges that under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, they do not have the right to withdraw from a contract for leisure services provided at a specific date or period.
Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases provided by law or these Terms and Conditions.
The ticket may be used on another day within its validity period as stated on the ticket or in these Terms and Conditions.
7. Park Closure and Weather
Weather
DinoPark is open even in adverse weather. In case of extremely bad weather, the ticket may be used on another day within its validity period.
Park Closure for Operational Reasons
If the park is closed due to:
- technical failure,
- power outage,
- safety measures,
- extraordinary events,
the ticket may be used on another day within its validity period.
8. Complaints
The customer has the right to file a complaint if the service was not provided properly or has another defect. A defect does not include circumstances arising from the nature of the service (e.g., bad weather, normal operational changes, partial closures of attractions due to maintenance or safety), which do not prevent a visit to DinoPark as a whole.
Complaints may be submitted via e‑mail: tickets@dinopark.eu
A complaint must include:
- customer identification,
- description of the issue,
- order or ticket number.
Complaints will be handled without undue delay, no later than 30 days after submission, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to:
- remedy (e.g., resending the ticket),
- enabling a replacement visit,
- or a refund if the service cannot be provided.
Specific Situations
- Wrong DinoPark selection: the ticket can only be used in the park for which it was purchased; in exceptional cases it may be transferred upon individual agreement via tickets@dinopark.eu.
- Duplicate purchase: can be resolved if the customer requests it within 14 days and no ticket has been used.
- Undelivered e‑mail: the customer checks spam; the ticket can be resent after payment verification.
The customer will be informed of the complaint outcome by e‑mail.

Any claims or questions related to the payment may be directed by the customer to Comgate, a.s., at the following address:

9. Payment Methods
Payment is made via the Comgate payment gateway.
Available methods:
- payment card,
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay,
- bank transfer,
- QR payment.

The Comgate payment gateway processes payments on behalf of the seller DinoPark, s.r.o.
The operator is not responsible for technical outages on the side of the payment gateway or banking institutions that cannot be influenced.
10. Visitor Rules
The Visitor Rules form an integral part of the park visit conditions. They are available at www.dinopark.cz.
11. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on tickets.dinopark.cz.
12. Out‑of‑Court Dispute Resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) is competent for out‑of‑court settlement of consumer disputes.
The customer may also use the online dispute resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 May 2026.
DinoPark reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
The current version is always available on tickets.dinopark.cz.
The governing language of the contract is Czech.
